Another passing thought
Yes. It is true. The church should be serving you more, taking care of you more, being more accepting of you and loving you better. She should be teaching you, encouraging you, and boosting you up. The church body as a whole should be reaching out to the community more and helping those in need. It is all true.
You know what else is true?
You’re a part of the church too.
Be what you want the church to be. Go get ‘em.

ROCK ON.
Nice.
I need to revive an order of cheesemonger hermits.
This is very encouraging, as last Sunday I introduced someone to the only 2 people I know at church and was feeling the futility of it all, as the priest came up to ask her if we were ‘good friends,’ (we’d met a previous Sunday). Actually I just realised I missed an intro! I know 3 people (4 if you count the new person). 5 if you count the guy who only speaks Japanese. -_-
Largely this means I should start baking stuff for coffee hour. England is just not into food. At all. Unfortunately I think to bring anything I’d have to sign up to serve tea, and I can’t exactly do that very effectively atm., and if I just show up with food someone is bound to be insulted and/or embarrassed, or just confused.
